Michael Elliott grew up on the shores of the Chesapeake Bay in Annapolis, Maryland. An undergraduate English Literature major with a master’s degree in Communications from Penn State, he began screenwriting in 2020 with a commitment to creating characters who wrestle with identity, moral courage, and the choices that define a life.
